Elsewhere in Sandycove, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £340,000 for a four-bedroom detached house at 5 Marine Court, Lower Albert Road, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Dalkey, 17 Ard Mhuire Park, a five-bedroom semi, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £485,000.
In Killiney, Lazy Acre, a five-bedroom bungalow on an acre at Killiney Heath, was sold at auction for £885,000 through Gunne Residential.
Jackson-Stops McCabe got over £220,000 after auction for 1 Willmount Cottages, a two-bedroom cottage at Glenalua Road, Killiney. On Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire, two properties were auctioned by Douglas Newman Good: Rose Bank Cottage was withdrawn at £215,000 and is under negotiation; while Rose Bank, a four-bedroom bungalow, was also withdrawn.
Also in Dun Laoghaire, 10 Martello Avenue, a four-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn at £275,000 and is under negotiation by Douglas Newman Good.
In Monkstown, 54 Ashton Park, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, fetched £320,000 through Finnegan Menton.
