In Sandycove, Mornington House, a five-bedroom Victorian house in a cul-de-sac just off Sandycove Avenue East, was withdrawn from auction at £1.9 million by Lisney and sold later for substantially over £2 million. In a similar price bracket, Sherry FitzGerald sold 7 Shrewsbury Road, Ballsbridge after auction for close to £2.5 million having withdrawn it from auction last week at £2.2 million.

Elsewhere in Sandycove, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £340,000 for a four-bedroom detached house at 5 Marine Court, Lower Albert Road, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Dalkey, 17 Ard Mhuire Park, a five-bedroom semi, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £485,000.

In Killiney, Lazy Acre, a five-bedroom bungalow on an acre at Killiney Heath, was sold at auction for £885,000 through Gunne Residential.

Jackson-Stops McCabe got over £220,000 after auction for 1 Willmount Cottages, a two-bedroom cottage at Glenalua Road, Killiney. On Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire, two properties were auctioned by Douglas Newman Good: Rose Bank Cottage was withdrawn at £215,000 and is under negotiation; while Rose Bank, a four-bedroom bungalow, was also withdrawn.

Also in Dun Laoghaire, 10 Martello Avenue, a four-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn at £275,000 and is under negotiation by Douglas Newman Good.

In Monkstown, 54 Ashton Park, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, fetched £320,000 through Finnegan Menton.

In Foxrock, Woodend, a four-bedroom bungalow, at Rosbarnagh, Torquay Road, was withdrawn and sold later through Lisney.

In Stillorgan, a four-bedroom detached house, Wryden, at 20 Lawnswood Park, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King at £290,000 and sold later for a higher price.

In Mount Merrion, 4 Cypress Road, a five-bedroom semi, made £370,000 through Lisney.

In Blackrock, Hamilton Osborne King fetched £705,000 for a two-bedroom mid-terraced house at 11 Mount Merrion Avenue.

A four-bedroom semi at 3 South Hill Avenue, Mount Merrion, was withdrawn at £350,000 and sold later for a higher price through Lisney.

At 17 Stillorgan Park Avenue, a four-bedroom detached house made £465,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.

A three-bedroom semi-detached bungalow at 32 Ardagh Park made £250,000 through JP & M Doyle.

Lisney fetched £261,000 at auction for a three-bedroom cottage at 11 Oakley Park, Blackrock.

30 Stradbrook Road, Blackrock, a one-bedroom semi-detached bungalow was withdrawn by Terry Halpenny.

Mason Estates secured £402,500-plus after auction for 45 Hampton Park, St Helen's Wood, Booterstown, a four-bedroom semi.

In Dublin 12, 2 Whitehall Road, Terenure, a five-bedroom semi, fetched £370,000 through deVere White & Smyth.

In Lucan, 11 Vesey Park, a five-bedroom detached house, made £366,000 through McDonald Bros.

In Rathcoole, a three-bedroom cottage at Callaighstown Lower was withdrawn at £190,000 and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

Lisney secured £595,000 at auction for 5 Strand Road, Sandymount, a four-bedroom house.

A four-bedroom semi at 6 Lea Crescent was sold after auction for over £390,000 through Bennetts.

A seven-bedroom villa-style house at 39 Tritonville Road was withdrawn and sold later for over £400,000 by Bennetts.

Also in Sandymount, 6 St John's Park Avenue, a three-bedroom townhouse, was sold at auction for £476,000 through Druker Fanning & Partners.

Still in Rathfarnham, 1 Crannagh Park, a five-bedroom semi, was sold prior to auction for over £310,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

In Churchtown, a three-bedroom cottage at 78 Beaumont Avenue made £200,000 through Herman White.
