FITZWILLIAM Lawn Tennis Club is to sell two detached Victorian houses at 58 and 59 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4. Number 58 is expected to make about £270,000 while the second house should fetch between £160,000 and £170,000. Fitzwilliam bought the two double-fronted houses some years ago and has since incorporated part of the rear gardens into the grounds of the club. Number 58 has been used as offices while the other has been in three flats. Hamilton Osborne King and James Adam are to auction the two houses separately on May 22nd.
