Odenberg Engineering has paid a premium of £250,000 for the leasehold interest in an industrial premises at Citywest business campus in west Dublin. Odenberg, which recently sold an office site in Sandyford for £5 million, was in competition with several companies for the detached building. The 343,700 sq ft building is held under a 25-year lease, with a break in year 10, at a rent of £193,000 per annum. According to Gavin Butler of HOK it is seldom that this level of key money is paid for industrial buildings in Dublin.
