Plans to build 60 two and three-bedroom apartments and 35 detached homes, which are likely to be ready by spring 2002.

Mount Wolseley Tullow, Co Carlow

The club has three-bedroom terraced houses (1,340 sq ft) available from £138,000. Four-bedroom terraced houses with 1,850 sq ft are priced at £220,000. There are also three-bedroom apartments (910 sq ft) from £120,000. Hooke & MacDonald is also marketing Section 23-type four-bed houses (1,650 sq ft) from £180,000.

Killeen Castle Dunsany, Co Meath

Castlethorn plans to build 60 houses and 60 cottage-style homes, which are not expected to be available until 2003. The castle is to be extended to accommodate a five-star hotel and conference centre.

Mount Juliet Co Kilkenny

The club has 10 individual sites ranging in size from 0.6 to one acre. Prices start at £300,000 and rise to £400,000. Building costs for the detached houses will be around £150 per sq ft. Another courtyard development of 18 terraced homes is planned for a later stage.

There are 10 homes currently available. Four-bedroom and five-bedroom detached homes with between 2,352 and 2,700 sq ft are priced from £325,000 to £410,000. Prices include golf club membership.

The club has 50 three-bed semis currently for sale at prices between £125,000 and £135,000.
