LEIXLIP FROM €135,000/CABINTEELY FROM €210,000:DURKAN New Homes is offering apartments and houses at big discounts in two of its schemes, one in Cabinteely, and one in Leixlip, Co Kildare. In Dublin 18, Belville Court, Johnstown Road is a well-finished development with large one-beds starting at €210,000 down from €335,000 in May 2008. Two-beds that had been priced at €390,000 are now €250,000; a large three-bed duplex which had been priced at €550,000 is now €350,000.

Meanwhile in Leixlip, Beech Park has apartments and houses starting at €135,000 for one-bed units rising to €275,000-plus for three-bedroom houses. When the scheme was first launched in October 06 the equivalent prices were €250,000 and €450,000.
