A new four-storey office block in the recently redeveloped West Pier area of D·n Laoghaire is under construction and available to lease or buy ahead of its completion in autumn 2002. Marina House is being built on Clarence Street, off old Dunleary Road and opposite Crawford's Garage. It is around the corner from the West Pier Business Campus which houses IBM, Marconi and Berlitz. Marina House will have 25,000 sq ft of office space on its four floors and space for 31 cars in its underground car-park. Its penthouse will have floor-to-ceiling glazing and an external balcony that will make full use of its sea and harbour views. It is being developed by Holsten Property Company which is also building a four-storey apartment block at the rear of the office block: its 18 apartments were launched recently off the plans.
