The Doyle Hotel Group is to sell another property investment, Shelbourne House, a 30,375 sq ft office block at Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4, which was completed about 25 years ago. The investment is likely to make in excess of £5 million when it is sold by tender on June 9th through Hamilton Osborne King. The six-storey building is currently producing £290,500 from three tenants, An Post, the Office of Public Works and structural engineers LEG Petit and Co. Rents are around £9 per sq ft but rent reviews are due to take place next year on five of the six floors. The surface car-park has 43 spaces.
