A development opportunity will arise shortly in Crumlin, Dublin 12, when a two-storey premises along a busy trading pitch are auctioned by Hamilton Osborne King (HOK). Number 265 Crumlin Road has 1,000 square feet of space, 600 square feet of it at first-floor level and the remainder behind a florist's shop. There is scope to extend the premises at the rear, where there is a 2,800 square feet yard with pedestrian access to Crumlin Road. Robert McCormack of HOK says the zoning will allow the premises to be used for commercial purposes in line with the adjoining buildings. Hamilton Osborne King expects to secure in the region of £100,000 for the property when it goes to auction on October 9th.
