GANLY Walters has brought to the market Collinstown Cross Industrial Estate at Swords Road, beside Dublin Airport. While no guide price is being issued, the 3.25-acre estate with 31,000 sq ft of buildings is expected to make in excess of £1.75 million when it goes to tender on November 26th. There are 30 industrial units on the site, which are currently producing a rental income of £162,035. Once three vacant buildings are let, the rent is likely to exceed £170,000.
