One of the country's leading stationers, Classic Stationery, is moving to a new headquarters building at Parkwest business park, at Nangor Road, Dublin 12. The company will be paying a rent of £6 per sq. ft for a 36,405 sq. ft premises which is situated in a tax designated area. The building, which includes 5,651 sq. ft of offices on two levels, was developed by M and T Leahy. It will be used as Classic's Irish head office, as well as a distribution warehouse and sales call centre. Classic Stationers are part of the Lyreco Group, one of the leading distributors of office supplies in Europe. Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the letting and Quinn Agnew advised Classic.
