THE Custom House Docks Development Authority (CHDDA) is to meet on March 14th to review plans for a 13-acre site at Dublin's International Financial Services Centre. Development of the site is to proceed following an agreement between businessman Harry Crosbie and the CHDDA. By consent, the Supreme Court made an order affirming a High Court decision dismissing Mr Crosbie's action seeking the return of six acres. Developers not already in the IFSC are likely to be involved in the site which will accommodate about 400 apartments and between 350,000 square feet and 400,000 square feet of offices, as well as some retail facilities.
