BRADY Catering Equipment has paid in excess of £1 million for a warehouse building of 32,000 square feet at Robinhood Industrial Estate, in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. John Lombard of Morrissey, which acted for Brady, is now seeking £240,000 for the company's existing premises of 5,000 square feet at the Western Industrial Estate. A second warehouse of 7,800 square feet on the Long Mile Road is also available for renting.
