OverseasShows: An apartment-cum-office development 10 minutes' south of Bulgaria's capital, Sofia, will be selling from plans this weekend through Gunne New Homes Overseas.

The Avalon development consists of 124 apartments and 15 offices ranging in price from €46,000 for a 44sq m (474sq ft) studio apartment up to €152,000 for a 146sq m (1,571sq ft) three-bed. One-bedroom apartments of 63sq m (678sq ft) cost €66,000 and two-beds of 89sq m (957sq ft) from €94,000.

Each apartment comes with a fitted kitchen and white goods included in the price. A parking space costs extra.

Gunnes will be selling off plans at its offices at 164 Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4, this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
