MONAGHAN businessman Padraig Waters of Castleblayney has paid £1.09 million for two retail investments at Swords Retail Centre in north Dublin. The investment comprises two large retail units, one trading as Wigoders, which is paying a rent of £48,000 and the other is let to Chartbusters at £47,500. Both companies occupy their premises under long-term leases subject to five-yearly upward only rent reviews. Pat Nash of Gunne advised the purchaser and Spain Courtney Doyle acted for the vendor.
