The 24,683 sq ft building which includes over 10,000 sq ft of offices is expected to make in the region of £1 million. Under the 1991 development plan, the zoning for the property would normally permit cash and carry, motor sales and light industry. Other uses open for consideration include retail warehousing, offices and residential.
