BANK of Ireland and Anglo Irish Bank are in negotiations to rent 4,000 square feet of office space each in the Custom House Plaza at Dublin's International Financial Services Centre.out of the North Block in the IFSC and the new space will be used by the bank's bureau de change operation, First Rate Enterprises, and Bank of Ireland International Services. Work on the next stage of the plaza development is now well under way and the entire scheme is due to be completed next February.
