Bank of Ireland Asset Managers and Canada Life have emerged as Irish Life's partners in the purchase of St Stephen's Green House, a 67,000 sq ft office block next to the Conrad Hotel, at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. The £23 million paid for the building was slightly lower than expected because a number of the tenants have break clauses. The block is currently producing an annual rental income of £984,000, a figure that is certain to rise substantially over the next months once rent reviews are completed.
