Lisney has been appointed property consultants to Ballymun Regeneration which will have responsibility for the redevelopment of the town centre. It will be one of 43 areas where Section 23 tax breaks will be available. Five new distinct neighbourhoods are to be developed each with its own identity, leisure facilities and local amenities. The range of schemes planned for Ballymun will include residential, retail, offices, leisure, business space and a new concept called "live/work space". Hugh Markey will lead the Lisney team.
