An Australian company is planning a sale and lease-back of its premises at the IDA Industrial Park in Gorey, Co Wexford. The 67,000 sq ft premises is occupied by Integrated Packaging Europe at a rent of £215,000 under a 25 year lease. Purchasers will be able to avail of £88,000 in capital allowances over a 24 year period. Colliers Jackson Stops is seeking offers over £2.2 million.
The company was founded in Australia in 1982 and produces agricultural and industrial packaging and wrapping. The Gorey plant was opened in 1996.
