ARNOTTS has leased a new 45,000-square-foot warehouse at the Belgard Industrial Estate, Dublin 24. It will be paying a rent of £5.65 per square foot for the building, which will be used as a furniture depot. The £3 million unit was pre-funded by Irish Life and developed by Chartered Properties on land acquired from Irish Biscuits. The three bay warehouses include 8,000 square feet of offices.
