Prices from €212,000 are set at first-time buyer level, so interest should be strong.
Sherry FitzGerald New Homes will be taking bookings at show units, which will open for viewing on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Set in the former gardens of Phibblestown House, five acres of landscaped grounds, partially listed, are a special selling point at this development, with walks and water features preserved.
