The last 25 apartments in The Pavilion in Dun Laoghaire are being released today, with prices starting at £220,000 (€279,400) for one-bedroom units.

Built by the Pavilion Group and designed by architects Scott Tallon Walker, the remaining apartments are a mix of one and two-bedroom units and penthouses, which are on sale through Ross McParland.

The scheme comprises 96 units spread over two blocks. The one-bedroom homes are 680 sq ft, while two-bedroom apartments are 845 to 940 sq ft and cost £265,000 to £450,000 (€336,550 to €571,500).

There are two three-bedroom, 1,540 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft penthouses left which range from £1 million to £1.3 million (€1.27m to €1.65m) and one four-bedroom 2,200 sq ft penthouse at £1.4 million (€1.77m). All apartments have views of Dun Laoghaire harbour, and each lift serves no more than two apartments. Car-spaces are included and are accessed via electronic gates.

The Pavilion was launched off the plans in June 1999, and the remaining apartments are due to be ready for occupation by the summer. The scheme includes a theatre and retail element which comprises several cafes, a Meadows & Byrne store and a fitness centre.

Apartments face into an inner courtyard behind the theatre. The service charge is £1,000 for one-bedroom apartments, £1,200 for two-bedroom apartments and £2,000 for penthouse suites.
