An Bord Pleanala has given JJ JENNINGS and Co approval for a development of 96 apartments and four commercial units at Roebuck Hill, Mount Anville Road, Mount Merrion, Dublin 14.

In Maynooth, Co Kildare, the board has refused permission for 10 retail units, a restaurant, art gallery, 11 apartments and a basement car-park at Main Street and Leinster Street. The applicant was Calderglen Trading Co.

Meanwhile, Dublin Corporation has granted planning for the redevelopment of the James McMahon Mill at Kilmore Road in Artane, Dublin 5, to accommodate three enterprise units, a retail warehouse, a call centre, 99 two-bedroom apartments and 21 three-bedroom duplex units with an underground car-park.
