DEVELOPER Sean Dunne has leased the first floor of Victoria House, a new retail and office development at the junction of Haddington Road and Percy Place, Dublin 4. The Larkin Partnership, a fast growing advertising agency, will be paying a rent of £50,000 for 3,225 square feet under a long lease.

Willie Dowling of Gunne, who handled the letting, also reports negotiations are taking place to lease the ground floor showroom. Harrington Bannon acted for The Larkin Partnership.
