Finnegan Menton is seeking about £700,000 for five retail units which are let at Tower Shopping Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The shops are producing £64,000 per annum, which would give an investor a return of 8.5 per cent. The shopping arcade is located in the centre of Clondalkin and is trading well, according to the agents. The five single-storey shops, each with a floor area of 680 sq ft, are producing between £12,500 and £13,250 per annum. Iain Finnegan of the selling agents said one of the advantages of the investment was that it would give owners the option of selling off units at a later stage.
