64,000 sq ft office investment on Donegall Square for £5.5m

Hamilton Osborne King is quoting £5

Hamilton Osborne King is quoting £5.5 million for Causeway House, in Donegall Square, the first big office investment to come on the market in Belfast this year. Causeway House has 64,000 sq ft of accommodation on six floors looking on to the Garden of Remembrance in the grounds of Belfast City Hall. The building was developed in 1974 for the Northern Bank, which has occupied it since then. The building has come on the market as the bank is relocating its back office staff outside the city centre. Mr Stephen Bell of HOK's Belfast office says the building is the first major investment in Donegall Square to come on the market in several years. It would suit major refurbishment or rebuild.
