BYMAC Project Managers launched plans for a £50 million (€63.49m) office park development at Nutgrove Avenue in Dublin 16 last week. On completion there will be over 160,000 sq ft of office space accommodated in six individual blocks on a five acre site formerly occupied by Connaught Court Laundry. The first units will be ready for occupation by mid-summer.
Located behind the Nutgrove Shopping Centre, the park is targeting small to medium sized office users. Units are available in a range of sizes under flexible purchase, lease or lease/purchase terms. Facilities at the park will include 350 parking spaces and a creche. Office accommodation will be complete with air conditioning, raised access floors and fully fitted bathrooms with showers.
