A FOUR-storey commercial building at the side of Powerscourt Town House Centre in Dublin 2, 1 Coppinger Row, which was sold two years ago for £400,000 is back on the market. Douglas Newman Good and Hamilton Osborne King are now quoting in excess of £450,000 for the premises at 1 Coppinger Row, Dublin 2, which have over 5,000 square feet.

The building was owned for many years by Harney and Glycine, watch distributors, and was bought by the Traffic Clothing Group. There is planning permission to use the building for retail purposes or showrooms but the agents say it would also be ideal for a hostel or an educational centre. It goes to auction on October 9th.
