The take-up of Dublin office space in the three months up to the end of September amounted to just over 400,000 sq ft, bringing the total for the nine-month total for the year to 1.13 million sq ft. The current vacancy rate stands at 1.7 per cent, compared with 11 per cent in 1994, according to statistics compiled by Gunne Commercial.
