DUBLIN'S Grafton Street is not the only retail location attracting substantial key money for shop leases. In Cork, Colliers Jackson-Stops is seeking a premium of £400,000 for a premises in Patrick Street occupied by Burgerland. The 3,000-square-foot unit is rented at £107,000 and the agents say it will be of interest to other fast-food companies, large retailers or even a financial institution.
