LAMBERT Smith Hampton is seeking offers in excess of £40,000 for the leasehold interest in Harry Moore's electrical retail store at 29/30 Dawson Street, Dublin 2. The unit is held under a 35-year lease from 1994 at a rent of £36,000. Five-year rent reviews are on an upwards-only basis. There is a ground-floor sales area of 1,500 square feet and a further 1,500 square feet of storage at basement and first-floor levels. Lisney is also handling the sale of Harry Moore's leasehold interest in its Henry Street store following the take over of the group by UK multiple Dixons.
