A new operator is being sought for one of the best-known Dublin city centre restaurants, Mitchell's Cellar Restaurant, at Kildare Street, Dublin 2. Lisney is quoting a guideline rent of £45,000, and a minimum premium of £40,000, for the restaurant which has built up an excellent reputation for its food since it first opened in 1978. Mitchell & Son is to offer a new lease of the premises which has a floor area of 2,415 sq. ft, including a new area which will enable the incoming tenant to further develop the business. All fixtures and fittings are included in the letting which will be offered for sale by tender on July 9th.
