Unit 33, a single shop unit of 1,070 sq. ft, is currently let as an outlet for the giant stationery and present group, Birthdays Limited, at a rent of £29,000. The price quoted suggests a net initial yield of 7.2 per cent. Zone "A" levels in the Park Centre are currently at around £50 per sq. ft.
