ONE of the few remaining redevelopment opportunities in Dublin's Temple Bar area comes on the market on November 8th when Quinn Agnew invite tenders for the former presbytery beside St Michael and John's church, which has been transformed into a Viking theme museum, The four-storey over basement Georgian building has more than 6,000 square feet of floor space. Although this area of Temple Bar is earmarked mainly for residential developments, the house has planning permission for conversion into offices. Quinn Agnew is suggesting a guideline price of £300,000 for the house, which overlooks the city quays.
