With Dublin housing sites in particularly short supply, Lisney is expecting strong interest in 3.2 acres of development land at St Laurence's Road, Chapelizod, Dublin 20, which is to be auctioned on July 8th. It is likely to be make in excess of £3 million.
The site is located between the N4 and the southern bank of the River Liffey and could accommodate about 60 apartments. It is also close to the junction with the Lucan road and within four miles of the city centre. Although the site is occupied by industrial buildings, it is zoned for a residential scheme. The property is being sold on behalf of Cantrell and Cochrane and has been occupied in recent years by one of its subsidiaries, Grants.
