A detached production facility with potential to enlarge it at Clonshaugh Industrial Estate, Dublin 17, is expected to make about £3.75 million when it is sold by private treaty through Hamilton Osborne King. Located close to the entrance of the estate, the 42,000 sq ft building has a two-storey office section with an attractive glazed facade. The overall site extends to over two acres. The complex is being sold on behalf of Lightnin Mixers, which is reorganising its European plants. It will be available from next September.
