One of Dublin's landmark office blocks, St Stephen's Green House, at Earlsfort Terrace, is being put up for sale by private treaty. It is expected to fetch about £25 million. Jones Lang LaSalle is handling the sale. The eight-storey block adjoins the Conrad Hotel and its tenants include the Office of Public Works, Greencore plc, the Legal Aid Board and QBE Insurance. The 68,000 sq ft office block has been extensively refurbished internally by its owners, Sisk Properties, since they acquired it about eight years ago. It is producing £968,000 a year at the moment on leases, which are highly reversionary.
