Planning permission is being sought for a new hotel at Rocklands, Leopardstown Road in Dublin 18. The Clyde Road Partnership has lodged a planning application for a 219-bedroom hotel and a leisure centre. There will be six floors with a set back seventh floor over two basement levels. The promoter say the planning permission will replace one already granted.
In the city centre, planning permission is being sought for the restoration of Kingram House at Kingram Place and the construction of a three-storey over basement building with a car-park.
Meanwhile An Bord Pleanβla has granted permission, subject to revised conditions, to the construction company Cleary Doyle for retail warehousing and an office scheme at Clonard Little in Wexford.
