Key money of £200,000 is being sought for a shop in Dublin's Henry Street. Hamilton Osborne King is handling the assignment of the lease of the Kiss Boutique along the frontage of the ILAC centre. The 1,000 sq ft premises are currently rented at £60,000 per annum and adjoin Kylemore Bakery and Champion Sports. There is also 570 sq ft of storage space.

A short distance away, Lisney is looking for around £50,000 for a retail premises at 14 Upper Liffey Street, which trades as a television sales outlet. The three-storey building has 520 sq ft on the ground floor and the rent will be about £50,000.
