Key money of £200,000 is being sought for a shop in Dublin's Henry Street. Hamilton Osborne King is handling the assignment of the lease of the Kiss Boutique along the frontage of the ILAC centre. A short distance away, Lisney is looking for around £50,000 for a retail premises at 14 Upper Liffey Street, which trades as a television sales outlet. The three-storey building has 520 sq ft on the ground floor and the rent will be about £50,000.
