Two retail investments and an industrial property to be auctioned by Young's Auctioneers on October 7th are likely to be of interest to private investors. A lockup shop at 98 Ranelagh Road, Dublin 6, rented by Boyle's Bookmakers at £16,500 per annum, is expected to make around £200,000.
The same guide price is being quoted for a restaurant trading as the Empire Chinese Takeaway at 72 Lower Rathmines Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6, which is producing £16,640. Young's expect to secure around £500,000 for a 10,240 sq ft industrial premises at 270 Western Industrial Estate, off the Naas Road, which is rented by Poundsworth at £38,500.
