JOINT agents Spain Courtney Doyle and GPK Properties are reporting strong interest in the remaining 20,000 square feet of retail space being developed along the Parnell Street frontage of the ILAC shopping centre in Dublin 1.
A shop of 10,000 square feet has already been pre-let to Argos and the agents are quoting £18 per square foot for the remaining space, which is available in units from 570 to 13,000 square feet. Traders, who will have an opportunity of linking in to the Parnell Mall of the centre, can claim double rent allowances and a remission of rates for 10 years. Shops have been designed with a double-height headroom to give tenants the option of inserting mezzanine floors.
The new Parnell Street Retail Complex, which will be ready for occupation this summer, will also include 160 apartments and 80 parking spaces.
