Also on the market this week is a development site of 8.8 acres in the scenic area of Rosses Point, Co Sligo. It has outline planning permission for 50 houses.
Hooke and MacDonald's development land department is quoting in excess of £2.5 million for the land, which is to be sold by tender on June 14th.
The site is located five miles north-west of Sligo. Rosses Point is an unspoilt seaside village with a range of facilities including a school, bars, restaurants and a renowned golf course. Hooke and MacDonald says there is a strong demand for high quality housing in the area.
