The 1,870 sq ft house, priced at £205,000, has a large sittingroom and diningroom, very spacious kitchen/breakfastroom and a separate family room off the hall. Upstairs, two of the four bedrooms are en suite and there is a small study.

The house-fronts are of low maintenance brick and dry dash rendering and there are paved driveways and good gardens.
