KEY money of more than £100,000 has been common in Dublin's Grafton Street over the past year but it is rare this level of premium is achieved in other streets. The most recent exception is Westmoreland Street, Dublin 2, where KC Confectionery has secured more than £150,000 from Ann's Hot Bread shop or the leasehold interest in its 2,753-square-foot retail unit near O'Connell Bridge. The ground, basement and mezzanine levels are rented at £55,000 per annum.

Douglas Newman Good handled the assignment of the lease.
