A 10-ACRE site with planning permission for 94 houses in Blanchardstown, west Dublin, has been withdrawn from the market after being offered for sale by tender through Lisney. Some 10 developers tendered for the site, which was expected to make between £2.5 million and £3 million. The site at Grove Road adjoins 22 acres owned by developers Cosgrave Homes, which recently lodged a planning permission for a £50 million scheme of town centre facilities and apartments.
