HAMILTON Osborne King is quoting £1.95 million for the former Fruit of the Loom manufacturing plant at the IDA Bray Business Park, Co Wicklow. The four-year-old premises covers an area of 40,000 square feet, including 15,000 square feet of offices. Paul McNeive of HOK says the plant is one of the most modern to have come on the market this year and should appeal to a wide range of manufacturers. The IDA park is located close to the Bray bypass motorway.
