The Lisney agency is quoting a guideline price of £1.5 million (€1.9m) for a five-acre commercial site at Deerpark Road, on the eastern outskirts of Killarney town centre. It adjoins a new purpose-built Tesco store.

The land is zoned for retail and associated facilities and has obvious development potential for retail warehousing or leisure facilities. The property goes to tender on September 28th.
