A high profile commercial site at the roundabout intersection of the Naas Road and the M50 motorway in west Dublin is expected to be of interest to a wide range of developers and owner-occupiers when it is auctioned on June 10th by Hamilton Osborne King. The 5.4-acre site, located opposite the Red Cow Moran's Hotel, has planning permission for 100,550 sq ft of industrial and office buildings. The buildings will overlook both the M50 and the Naas Road, one of the busiest junctions in the country. Paul McNeive of HOK said that the site, which is expected to make in the region of £1.5 million, will appeal to developers looking for a "ready to go" site in a prime location.
