Meanwhile, a private investor has paid £1.4 million for a Georgian office investment at 29 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2. The four-storey over basement 3,500 sq ft building is let to six commercial tenants under long leases at combined rents of £49,000. The next rent reviews are due at the end of 2003.
