Douglas Newman Good is seeking £1.25 million for a showrooms, office and apartment opposite the rear entrance of the former Irish Press offices at 6 and 7 Poolbeg Street, Dublin 2. The building, which is due to be completed in about six weeks, will include a showroom of 1,500 sq ft, 2,500 sq ft of offices, a duplex apartment of 700 sq ft and two car-parking spaces. Nigel Kingston of the agents estimates that the showrooms and offices will produce rents of around £37,000 per annum.
